This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to your use of h3-max.co, including its AI video generation tools, API, uploads, and generated outputs. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

You are responsible for your prompts, source media, outputs, and any activity performed through your account or API keys. You must use the Services lawfully, respect other people, and obtain all rights and consents required for the material you submit or publish.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the Services to create, request, upload, distribute, or facilitate:

  • Child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, or any exploitation of minors.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual violence, or sexual content involving a person who has not consented.
  • Deceptive impersonation, harmful deepfakes, fraud, phishing, scams, identity theft, or false endorsements.
  • Credible threats, harassment, stalking, hate-based abuse, incitement of violence, or violent extremist activity.
  • Instructions or material that meaningfully facilitates serious wrongdoing, weapons misuse, malware, unauthorized system access, or evasion of law enforcement.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
  • Illegal goods, services, transactions, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
  • Circumvention of safety filters, rate limits, account restrictions, credit metering, or provider safeguards.
  • Unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, vulnerability testing, credential sharing, account resale, or access to another user's data.
  • Automated activity that disrupts, overloads, degrades, or interferes with the Services or our providers.

Media, Likeness, and Rights

You must own or have permission to use every image, video, audio file, character, logo, trademark, and likeness you submit. If a real person can be identified, you must have any consent required for the intended use. Clearly disclose synthetic or materially altered media where law or context requires it.

You may not use the Services to misrepresent generated media as authentic evidence, manipulate elections or public processes unlawfully, impersonate officials or professionals for harmful purposes, or bypass platform disclosure rules.

High-Risk Uses

Do not rely on the Services or Outputs for medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial decisions, emergency response, biometric identification, critical infrastructure, weapons, or other safety-critical decisions. Outputs must be reviewed by a qualified human before any consequential use.

Enforcement

We and our providers may use automated and manual review to identify suspected violations. Depending on severity and context, we may reject or block a request, remove content, limit features, revoke API keys, reverse improperly obtained promotional credits, suspend or terminate an account, preserve evidence, or report conduct when legally required.

We may act immediately where content creates an urgent safety, legal, or security risk. Where appropriate, you may ask us to review an enforcement decision by contacting contact@h3-max.co.

Reporting

To report a suspected violation, email contact@h3-max.co with the relevant URL, task identifier, or other information needed to investigate. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment card details, or unlawful media by email.
